Ratings on the Web Site?
Standard on-line subscription rates are $25/month or $150/year.
To subscribe to the service, simply click on the "Order the Service"
link in the top navigation area and follow the instructions.
Simply enter any combination of name, city or state into
the search box and hit "go". The search results are returned in alphabetical
order. To view details on an individual broker, simply click on the broker's
company name.
To review the search results, you must be a registered user. If you are
not registered, the system will ask for your name and e-mail address and
ask you to select a user name and password. Once you are registered, the
system will remember your information when you return.

Your listing in The Red Book is a valuable business tool!
It is the means by which your customers and carriers see you. To update
or supply us with your information click on the "Contact Us" link in the
top navigation area to contact a member of the Red Book staff. They will
assit you in properly listing or updating your information.
Supplying valid references to The Red Book is very important
to your company's rating. To submit your references to The Red Book, simply
e-mail a list of 5-7 references to
customerservice@redbooktrucking.com or fax
your references to 913-438-0695.
To rate a broker, simply perform a search to locate
the broker you would like to rate (see "Searching
the Red Book Transportation Brokers Rating Service Database"
above). Click on the button "Rate This Firm" to bring up the rating form.
Simply answer the 3 questions and provide any other comments you would
like. When the form is complete, hit the "Submit" button.
The star and pay ratings are based upon experience reports
obtained from a broker's references. We receive several thousand reports
every year on transporation brokers. We obtain the experience reports
through outbound calls made directly to the references by our ratings
staff and from references responding directly through the Web site. The
star ratings and pay ratings on the site are the average of all reports
received on an individual broker. NOTE: An individual can only provide
1 rating on any one broker. If an individual provides a second rating
on a broker, the second rating over-rides the first rating.
